A phrase repeats itself in my mind
with resilient certainty
and a tangible, indiscernible
weight of truth:
"Silence is the cross on which we must crucify our ego."
(St Seraphim of Serov)

i conceptualize socially relevant themes through a lens of aestheticism and irony to both pose a question (?) and make a statement (!) that evokes the viewer to engage in a level of self reflection in the process of understanding my work.
above all, i value authenticity and humanity; my art is an extension of my truth.
Moving to the music of life
lost in folds of the fabric of reality and its lesser known variations,
obsessed with deepening my understanding
This is research.
We speak in dynamic abstraction,
every interaction: a two way street
at the intersection of time and space.
When we meet eye to eye in this present moment,
may we see past this illusion
and allow the truth to reflect light into our souls.
I crack a smile; deep doesn’t mean serious.
My spirit is alive, and my senses are open.
